The Diction portal
Your one-stop shop for project management

Our client portal is much more than just a modern alternative to sending us projects by e-mail – clients can use it to manage every aspect of their projects. With the portal, you can request quotes, place orders, add documents to existing projects, cancel projects, check the delivery status of a project and manage invoices. Everything is located in a single location and is easy to find. This allows us to reduce the amount of time and the number of steps required to process your projects, meaning you save time and money.

What features does the client portal offer?

The Diction portal is easy to use. One of its most popular features is the option to easily upload documents via drag and drop. And, if you have a really short text to send us, you don’t even need to upload a document – all you have to do is enter it into the text field on the user interface. Your text is then automatically converted into a file and uploaded into our CAT tool to be translated. This means that any terms from your smallest projects are still added to your translation memory.

Modular project management in the client portal

Project management is based on a modular system in which everything can be managed individually. You can add a couple of additional lines of text to a project that you have already sent us, for example, or even add a new language without the need to send us a new project – and you can even cancel parts of a project.

Standard and tailored

All of Diction’s clients can register to use the client portal free of charge and take advantage of the wealth of project and resource management functions. And, if our standard portal still doesn’t meet all your requirements, we can add individual custom modules to meet your needs. We have already done this for our client AMAG with a single-sign-on (SSO) interface for the client portal.

Data protection

In terms of data protection, the portal website is TLS encrypted, and the portal and all of the data saved on it are stored on our own secured servers – we never use third-party providers or cloud services. We send files back to you via Citrix Files, which means that they remain on our servers until you download them. Find out more here.
