What makes the ideal translation partner for advertising agencies stand out?
Their good looks, obviously!😉 But seriously: you need a language service provider who delivers exactly what you need, exactly when you need it. In your agency, you juggle big ideas and tight deadlines every day; there’s plenty going on behind the scenes before the campaign finally takes centre stage. That’s why editing, proofreading and translation should be planned well in advance. To avoid wasting time, it’s best to get everything from one source: all languages and the exact text types you need for your specific industries. This lets you offer your clients a fast, end-to-end process without tying up your own resources.
Why not give us a try? Many advertising agencies in Switzerland have been working with us for more than two decades. We work with advertising professionals every day and know exactly which processes you need and where we can help you most – all in a reliable, seamless way, so you can focus entirely on the creative stage.

Are we good and secure enough for your advertising clients?
We’re definitely good. Here you’ll find a whirlwind of language nerds, error obsessives and text tamers. Not to mention our highly effective, friendly project management team.
But what also matters to your clients are data protection, certifications, AI and other automation tools. You’re on the safe side with us here too:
We hold multiple ISO certifications and your data – as well as your clients’ – is stored exclusively in Switzerland. That includes any data we generate via AI.
We sometimes hear from agencies that their companies can only work with suppliers certified as climate-neutral. And of course we are – see for yourself here.
We are happy to streamline processes through automation. AI translations aren’t always the best choice for marketing texts, but our integrated solution landscape offers time-saving synergies.
Can marketing and advertising texts be translated using AI?
No, you really shouldn’t use AI to translate marketing and advertising texts. Why? Honestly, AI can be woefully humourless and naïve. Yes, it often recognises context fairly well, but it’s still not good enough at reading between the lines – and puns or creative phrasing, which also need cultural adaptation, easily miss the mark. As a result, impact, humour and, not least, brand character are quickly lost in an automatic translation.
That said, AI can play a role in the creative process, for example, in brainstorming, generating initial ideas or inspiring alternative phrasing. But the actual translation or writing of a marketing text should still be done by an experienced human – to make sure the style, message and brand image are spot on.
What’s the best AI solution for creative translation?
If you want to use AI as effectively and creatively as possible for writing and translation, train it in your own corporate language. This saves you the step of correcting output to match your company’s terminology and formatting rules, leaving more time for creativity. Have a look at our Diction AI, for example. The tool can be trained in your language, works in a convenient self-service mode, and stores your data exclusively in Switzerland.
