Yes, this tool saves time, stress and money by centralising all your project information, communication and actions in one place. The Diction portal is easy to use and offers flexible, modular features.

How do you place an order on the portal? You log in, upload your order and add any specific requests. The order goes straight to our TMS (the system that manages all work processes and resources), where we assign the right specialist for your needs. Once completed, your text is uploaded to the portal and ready for download.

Can you change or update an order that’s already in progress in the client portal? Yes, quickly and easily with just a few clicks. The same applies if you want to view previous projects or download invoices.

Easy to use

In your profile, you can request quotes, place orders, check the delivery status and download invoices. The portal is intuitive, with features like drag and drop or a plus sign for adding items.

Flexible modules

All elements can be managed individually and in a modular way. For example, you can add extra text or a new language to an existing translation project without creating a separate order.

Very short text

You’ll love this: If you have a very short text and don’t want to upload a document, simply enter the two or three sentences directly into a text field. Your order will be processed in seconds.

Standard and extra modules

You can register for the portal free of charge and use all the order and resource management functions. Need more? Upon request, we can integrate special modules for you, such as an SSO interface.

What about data protection – is it safe to use a project portal for translations?

Yes, your data is safe with us. We are certified according to ISO 27001 for information security. This standard sets rigorous requirements for achieving, monitoring and continually improving information security. The Diction portal meets these requirements. The portal website is TLS encrypted, and the portal and all of the data saved on it are stored securely in Switzerland. We send files back to you via Citrix Files, which means that they remain on our servers until you download them. In addition, all of our in-house employees and external partners have signed a strict NDA.
