In short, it means all resources and information are in one place. Our ERP system brings all of our processes together. It allows us to carry out detailed resource and data management and reporting, implement intelligent workflows, and quickly and efficiently organise your projects.

How does the Diction TMS work?

Our TMS is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. All the data sent to us via the portal and connector are automatically uploaded to the TMS to be forwarded to the right recipient. This streamlines workflows and organises your orders more quickly and efficiently. The TMS also allows us to continuously improve our certified quality management system.

How does the ERP system ensure smooth workflows during translation?

  • The Diction TMS effortlessly organises all job streams required to process your text.
  • It selects the ideal resources for your job stream from our pool of experts, based on language region, specialist area, text type and much more.
  • It processes projects sent to us via the portal or via DAM, PIM or CM systems.
  • Even jobs placed via more traditional channles by telephone or email trigger automatic resource management and job streams in the TMS.
