Diction and AMAG: marketing automation

Following an invitation to tender, Diction was selected as one of two exclusive language service providers for AMAG in January 2019. Our legal department in particular was able to score points with their expertise – as all legal translations for this major mobility provider are now our responsibility. Why were we chosen?

This was partly down to the outstanding quality of our translations (and we’re modest, too!). However, one very important point was that we use our technical systems, such as API and machine translation, to professionally support AMAG as it implements its new marketing automation strategy. Even translation processes can be super streamlined if the right tools are available. Either way, our tools and the brains behind them are looking forward to a wonderful technical-human collaboration.
